How long will it take to ship my order?
Orders will be shipped within 1-2 business days. In general, all orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Pick-A-Poker strives to ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends), however, there may be delays due to holidays. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We ship our products via UPS. Unless products are on backorder, In this case, an email will be sent with the release date.
How do I know when my order has shipped?
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automated e-mail with your tracking information. If you do not receive your tracking information, please check your spam filter or contact us at contact@pick-a-poker.com to verify shipping.
