How long does it take to ship my order?
The product will be shipped within 1-2 business days, unless products are on backorder. In this case, an email will be sent with the release date. In general, all orders placed Monday through Friday will begin processing the following business day. Please note that orders placed on Friday will begin processing on the following Monday. Pick-A-Poker strives to ship your order within 48 hours (excluding weekends), however, there may be delays due to holidays. Delivery times do not include Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays. We ship all products via UPS Ground.
